Aug 21: Chapter Meeting
February 23, 2014
Regular monthly meeting at the TU/Scout Hut.
Change of plans since the July Tight Lines. This will be a regular meeting after all. We decided to wait and do the swap shop and casting at the Sept meeting. Several of our die hard fishing members will be west of Hiawassee in August and they have some of the best stuff to swap. So that will be in September now. However, we have a great program planned with Jerry McFalls and David Cross. These gentlemen are the leaders of Boy Scouts Troop 6 that we share the TU/Scout Hut with. Their program will be “Scouting & TU – A Joint Venture”. Terry will be starting the fly tying at 5pm. We will also be pre-senting our slate of officers for our upcoming board elections in September.
Fly Tying is back for all ages !!
