The Rabun Chapter of TU plays a key role in the Chattooga Coalition, which focuses on special protection and enhancement of the fishery resources, water quality, and overall health of the Chattooga River and its tributaries.
The Next Generation of Conservation Leaders
Since 2004, Rabun TU has hosted and organized the Georgia TU Council's annual Trout Camp for boys and girls ages 12 to 15. Campers spend a week learning hands-on trout fishing skills, studying sound conservation practices, and having the time of their lives.
