Helicopter Stocking the Chattooga

Helicopter stocking the Chattooga River is accomplished through a cooperative effort by the Forest Service (supplies the manpower and helicopter), Rabun Chapter and GA Council Trout Unlimited and Atlanta Fly Fishing Club (pays for the helicopter flight time), and GA and SC Department of Natural Resources (supplies the fish).

Please support Trout Unlimited through your membership and donations in order to continue the helicopter stocking. Also express your appreciation to the State and Federal agency personnel for their work.

The results of the diary give evidence to the agencies on the effectiveness of their efforts.

Nov 5 - 9 (Wed - Sun) Fall Chapter Camp Out. This campout will be held at the Tallulah River Campground. Don't forget about the Stream Clean Up Project on Saturday during the Fall Camp Out. Volunteers will be needed. More details here.
