Rabunite Designs Georgia Tag!

June 24, 2013

TU Tag 053Congratulations to Rabunite Broderick Crawford, whose design of a Brook Trout surfacing for a fly was chosen by the public in a voting process as the new GA Wildlife license plate! The new tags are a one-time first purchase fee of $60.00 then a $35.00 renewal fee each year. A portion of the fees goes directly to TU’s efforts to conserve, protect and restore Georgia’s Trout fisheries. Pictured along with Broderick (L) and his winning design are Governor Nathan Deal (C) and Trout Unlimited National Leadership Council’s Georgia member Larry Vigil (R).

Rabun Rendezvous – Call for Donations!

The 33rd Annual Rabun Rendezvous is rapidly approaching. The funds we raise are used to support Trout Unlimited efforts for cold water conservation and education. Donations to our event are starting to arrive and we’ll continue to update and publicize the list of items every couple of weeks. Hopefully, this will provide our prospective attendees the opportunity to identify some of the items in which they may be most interested. Please consider a donation to the Rendezvous.
